Côtes de Duras - Malbec

Intense deep purple-red colour, very strong tannins, and great good ageing capacity are the characteristics of this 100% varietal wine (also called Auxerrois in Cahors where it is the main grape variety). The smooth, ripe fruit has a beefy character, with full expressive aromas of cassis, and black berries, a perfect match to rich meat dishes and venison. Very fruity and tannic when young, it stays full bodied, persistent and rich over the long period of keeping.

Côtes de Duras - Rosé

Dry, light salmon coloured Rosé (Blush) from Cabernet Franc and a bit of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Fruity and peppery it suits ideally spicy and exotic cuisine as well as barbecues. No problem if kept four or five years.
