1995 fully ripe and well balanced, light fruity wine with flinty part of soil very dominant, mineral smell, caramel and toast; golden sheen colour.Will keep for 5 years.

1997 Sauvignon fruity light, perfect harmony and complexity; aromas of bananas and white flowers. Wine with well balanced acidity staying supple and full bodied with green sheen colour. Still young, needs to age. Will keep for 5 years.
